GREENVILLE, N.C. —The Yard Gnomes will host a three-day baseball camp July 22-24, giving players of all skill levels the chance to improve their game, learn from the pros and have fun on the field. You can register here.
Campers will enjoy two mornings of hands-on instruction, plus a special game day experience as part of the first-ever Yard Gnomes Camp Day Game. On July 23 at 11 a.m., the Yard Gnomes will face the Holly Springs Salamanders, with campers taking part in pregame recognition and in-game activities.
The camp will be led by Manager Jack Schaffer, the Yard Gnomes coaching staff and several Yard Gnomes players. Whether a child is new to baseball or looking to sharpen their skills, the camp aims to provide growth and enjoyment in a supportive environment.
Camp schedule
— July 22 (9 a.m.-noon): Offensive skills day — hitting, base-running and offensive strategy.
— July 23 (gates open at 10 a.m.; game at 11 a.m.): Campers will join the Yard Gnomes for a game day experience, including pregame on-field activities, in-game experiences and reserved seating with lunch provided as the team faces the Holly Springs Salamanders.
— July 24 (9 a.m.-noon): Pitching and defense day — pitching mechanics and defensive fundamentals.
The Yard Gnomes look forward to seeing young players on the field. The camp registration fee is $100 and includes two days of training, one Yard Gnomes game with lunch and a T-shirt.
