Michael began as the General Manager with the Yard Gnomes in October 2023. After completing 3 seasons with the St. Paul Saints (Triple-A Affiliate of the Minnesota Twins) and 1 season with the Worcester Red Sox (Triple-A Affiliate of the Boston Red Sox), Michael is excited to take on this incredible opportunity in Greenville.   

Michael was born and raised in Minneapolis, MN and is still an avid Minnesota sports fan. He attended Seton Hall University and double-majored in Sport Management & Marketing. While at Seton Hall, Michael was a team manager with the Pirates baseball program. 

Before his time with the Saints, Michael had interned/worked for a variety of teams, including the New York Mets, New York Islanders, Minnesota Twins, Minnesota Timberwolves/Lynx, and Seton Hall Athletics. Michael is thrilled to bring collegiate summer baseball to Greenville and can’t wait for Opening Day in 2024.  

Matthew joined the team as the Manager of Ticket Sales in 2024. He was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. Matthew started off his college career at East  Carolina University in 2018 and finished at UNC Charlotte in 2023, obtaining a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. 

With a love for sales, sports, and all things North Carolina, Matthew is extremely passionate and excited about his new role here in Greenville, and is looking forward to meeting and welcoming all Yard Gnomes fans this summer at Guy Smith Stadium. 

Outside of work, you can find Matthew with his girlfriend, friends, and family, watching sports, trying new foods, and working out at the gym. 

Savanna started at East Carolina University (ECU) in 2020 and quickly fell in love with the Greenville community and all of Pirate Nation. Savanna graduated ECU in August of 2023 with a degree in Sports Studies and a minor in Business Administration. She worked several internships with East Carolina University Athletics, before interning in the Coastal Plain League with the Tri-City Chili Peppers in the summer of 2023. After a quick stint with James Madison University Athletics, Savanna is now returning to Greenville and the Coastal Plain League as the Manager of Marketing, Promotions, and Game Presentation. She is excited to bring a new style of baseball to Greenville and help Protect The Treasure! Go Gnomes!
